We showed the children two pictures and asked which one is the bully. The first picture was of a big bully-looking character, the second was of a 5-6 year old. This showed a bully doesn’t have to look a particular way.
In Connect us, the children played Huggy bears. When the teacher called out “Huggy heard – three” children hugged each other in groups of three. This reinforced how it feels to be part of a group.
